Who We Are

Our Corporate Identity

Itsekiri Community Establishment, Inc. — ICE — is the amended corporate name of the former National African Community Organization, Inc. The organization exists to foster understanding, respect, and awareness of the Itsekiri people and their culture, while building a stronger bridge between the Itsekiri homeland and the global diaspora.

ICE is rooted in cultural preservation, community service, civic education, humanitarian outreach, and the promotion of Itsekiri identity across generations.

The corporate name amendment from National African Community Organization, Inc. to Itsekiri Community Establishment, Inc. was approved and certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Secretary of the Commonwealth, Corporations Division, on September 3, 2025.

ICE was subsequently recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code on December 1, 2025.
